“I don’t even know where to start… this home buying journey was one of the most stressful and emotional experiences I’ve ever been through. There were so many moments where I felt overwhelmed, exhausted, and honestly ready to give up. Nothing about this process was easy. It felt like every step came with another hurdle. But through it all, Patrick never gave up on me. Patrick, my realtor, was truly my rock in this entire process. He was patient with me on my hardest days, answered every question, and always made sure I didn’t feel alone in any of it. There were moments where I was frustrated, emotional, and drained, and he still showed up with support, reassurance, and determination. I genuinely felt like he cared about me and my kids—not just closing a deal. That meant everything to me. John, my lender, worked tirelessly behind the scenes to make this happen. “Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. Being a first time homebuyer, I really didn’t know how to get an advantage in such a competitive space. Everyone from our agent to the mortgage coordinator was super available, helpful, and willing to do whatever we could to get the best deal possible. On top of that, the communication was seamless, because the mortgage and the realty is all in one. I’ve already recommended them to someone else!”
